Good for the price
Rooms are clean every day, all the hotel was clean and tidy If you have a car is very convenient if not get a bike (200 pesos a day) and go around 7 eleven in front of the shop
Too many man outside saying “compliments” made us feel very uncomfortable Everything is quite far walking

No breakfast. No shower flow.
The cleaning is really good.
The water flow in the shower is bad in all over the hotel. We did not get our "included" breakfast for all over the stay without giving us back even 1 peso.

I arrived and the host tried to give me a room that looked like a storage room. No way Jose. Took the next room. The next morning woke to have the free breakfast. And they seemed perplexed. I showed them the booking where it said 'free breakfast. Included' so they had the staff make me some toast and butter and jam packets. And a cup,of coffee. Funny as each day the breakfast was added to..eggs, then eggs with black beans, then eggs with tomato and onion and beans..etc. It seemed this places glory days were 20 years before as it looked like most of the hotel was closed off and being torn down. But it was close to the ruins and the first public beach if you rented a bike.
two words...bed bugs. Next barely any water pressure ..like a sprinkle of rain. You sleep right beside the only highway south of Cancun..so at all hours you are hearing large trucks airbreaking as they hit the first slow down area...loud!! The management are two older really nice guys..so you feel not like complaining ...but unless you are a hard core traveler use to third world standards steer clear. This listing put me off too booking dot Com. As once I read the other reviews I realized they could care less about the properties they list. They really should spend some of their money and investigate the listings with bad reviews and delist them!!!!
